According to World Disasters Report 2018 by the Red Cross, more than two billion people have been affected by natural disasters over the past decade. Natural calamities like earthquakes, floods, cyclones cause large-scale destruction to human life and infrastructure – physical & social. This calls for a need for the government, corporate and non-profit organizations to collaboratively work towards rebuilding & rehabilitating the communities in the aftermath of disasters.
